Mobile Ultrasound Services
Abdominal Ultrasound
Evaluation of the liver, gallbladder, biliary tree, spleen, kidneys, adrenal glands, urinary bladder, gastrointestinal tract, pancreas, lymph nodes, and mesentery
Cervical Ultrasound
Evaluation of the mandibular and medial retropharyngeal lymph nodes, mandibular salivary glands, thyroid glands, parathyroid glands, and esophagus
Thoracic, Musculoskeletal & Soft Tissue Ultrasound
Shoulder, abductor pollicis longus, and calcaneal tendons; non-cardiac thoracic structures (thymus, cranial mediastinum, pleura, lungs); superficial and anal sac masses; ocular and orbital structures; brain (in young animals or those with an open fontanelle); and migrating foreign bodies
Fine Needle Aspirates (FNA's)
Small gauge FNA's performed to obtain samples of organs for cytology or culture, cystocentesis to collect urine for urinalysis and urine culture, abdominocentesis, thoracocentesis, and lesion drainage
Echocardiography & ECG
Dr. Neitman performs echocardiograms and 6-lead ECG's, but she is not a cardiologist. She obtains images of the heart and the ECG's and sends them to a trusted cardiologist. All cardiac related studies go to an AVMA recognized board-certified veterinary cardiologist. The cardiologist interprets the exams and provides a written report with treatment recommendations, follow up, and prognosis (when one can be given).
Outpatient Ultrasound
Out of our mobile range? Bring your patient to Schrag Animal Clinic on Tuesday mornings for diagnostic ultrasound. A simple drop-off gets you the detailed imaging and fast reporting every case deserves.
I-131 for Cats
A single-treatment cure for feline hyperthyroidism. One injection. One hospital stay. No daily pills, no transdermal gels, no lifelong management. OVDI is the closest radioiodine therapy in the region.
Endoscopy
Non-surgical visualization of the GI tract or airways, with biopsies collected when needed. The right call for chronic vomiting, suspected foreign bodies, or persistent upper respiratory issues.

3T MRI Coming Soon
Advanced soft-tissue and neurological imaging at the highest field strength available in veterinary practice. For brain, spine, and soft-tissue cases where questions are still unanswered.
128-Slice CT Coming Soon
High-resolution scans on Oklahoma's only 128-slice CT for pets. Minimal-sedation = shorter scan times, easier recovery, and the level of detail needed for complex orthopedic, oncologic, neurologic, and trauma cases.

Bloodwork on the same visit. Lab work and triage are done in-house so we have immediate diagnostic context when we read the scan. No waiting on outside labs, no second appointments.
Cytology, from start to finish. When we take a fine needle aspirate (FNA), we coordinate the cytology and follow the case through to outcome. You'll know what we find, what it means, and what your vet recommends next.
